30 Day Shred : Day 16

Day 16 Completed!

I slacked on the holiday weekend and ate till my belly was full. I forgot that I have a weakness for matzo and butter or cream cheese. Once i start spreading it on my matzo I can eat the entire box without realizing it. Everyone thinks I'm crazy but it is true! The other day I ate 5 matzo's before i realized it and stopped myself.

So of course i am up a few pounds from the weekend, but I am back on track today.

The shred workout was great. I made it through no issues. Just good ole sweat rolling down my brow, and working muscles to exhaustion.

My second workout went well too. I added a lap to the run portion so in total i ran 1/2 mile in 5 minutes. That is a good pace and i think I could have kept going, but i will try to continue the 2 laps and see how it goes.

I will be away on wed and thurs so my workouts wont be as vigorous. Lets see what happens :
