I haven't been logging in to sparks here lately but I haven't stopped working out in fact I started my training for running my first 5k this summer and I have been doing really good.When I first started I couldn't even run for a min. with out getting out of breath and now I can run for 10 mins. with out stopping and working my way up to 30 mins. I can do it just got to keep pushing and not give up. I so can't wait to do my first 5k so happy about it.
