It wasn't all the unhealthy food I had a problem with nor was it the size of the meal. It was hard because I am used to eating 3 meals and 2 snacks and being out of the house all day through my body all out of wack and I was hungry at night like i was before I started my weight loss program. Now I am back on my normal schedule and my mood is completely different. Crazy how within a week my body got used to a certain thing and one day can through my mood off. I am going to buy a scale today (yikes) Just trying to figure out how often to weight myself. Maybe twice a month? I really want to know how much I weigh now because I am going off of the weight I was when i was at the doctors in Jan. so I don't want to be disappointed if i had gained weight from Jan. from March 31 when i started my diet. Lets just hope for under 290 today I would be more than happy with that.
