Week Wrap-up 4/1 - 4/7

Monday, April 09, 2012

Okay, so I was supposed to post this yesterday but hey it was EASTER! Anyway I did measure myself yesterday just didn't get a chance to get to the computer. Well here goes:

Waist: 31.5
Hips: 38.5
Thigh: 26.5
Upper Arm: 12.5
Calf: 16.25

Okay so I lost an inch on my hips... WOOHOO!!! In two weeks that ain't half bad! I put on a 1/4 inch on my calves... Eh that's fine because I put on muscle pretty quickly on my legs and my calves have never been fatty. So that's that with the measurements... Not bad for two weeks though!

Minutes: 300
Calories Burned: 3525

Pretty awesome! I went 5 days last week and worked out for an hour each time!!! I think the calories burned is a bit high. Even though the classes are very intense we do sit down here and there for demonstrations. Can't be off by much though maybe by like 200 calories? I don't know. Still crazy good though.

My goal for this week is to make it to classes 6 days this week.

I am going today and a double class tomorrow. They are doing a birthday party cardio class with strobe lights and everything! Should be awesome!!!

I ate horribly this weekend... oh family how I love thee and your horrible food! It's cultural food and that never seems to be good for you but hey I didn't go for seconds!!! I always go for seconds! Gotta give credit where credit is due.

Today I will also be doing a 15-20 minute walk to my mom's house after work from the bus stop (my boyfriend needs the car today) and then going to kickboxing and hopefully cooking some healthy food for the rest of the week.

Hope everyone's weekend went well. And hopefully we are all getting right back on track today!

That calories burned number is AWESOME - though ALL the numbers are great :) You are still kicking some serious rear! Good job!
