Weight loss goal: 12 lbs
Cardio Workouts: 20 days (30 minutes or more)
Weight Training: 10 days
Walk Bailey: 10 days

Water - 10 glasses per day
No fast food
no fried foods
5 servings of fruits & veggies daily
