Easter blizzard....

Saturday, April 07, 2012

Hi..we got lots of snow overnight to go with our rain and freezing rain from yesterday....stayed home from the funeral...took a few pics while out doing chores this body was born in the storm and we have one new calf this morning..cozy in the barn..the sun is out but the wind is howling so it's not too pleasant here..the snow should mostly melt today as it'll get above freezing!

Glad we bedded all the sheds and buses (calf shelters) yesterday...

enjoy the pics...

Hi..I'm still having trouble uploading the pictures..I had 9 I was going to put on..will try again later...

Hope this worked now..thanks for dropping by..keep on Sparkin'

Love Donna!

Beautiful pictures of the snow (so glad I'm not in it). I really don't like the cold weather.
But. . . I love the little calves, aren't they just the cutest. Sure hope you get some warm spring weather soon. I'm still waiting for warm weather also.
    Happy Easter!!

Those cattle sure look content, and clean and warm:) But still -- a storm -- argh!! Still those trees sure look pretty covered in snow ...:)

We've had unusually warm weather -- it's rather unsettling, actually, although I'm enjoying seeing GREEN grass. Very weird in April. We've had frost overnights since our hot spell in March but not enough to kill the flowers that have started growing (Whew).

    Have a happy Easter:)
