BLC Break Pledge Challenge ----

To keep myself focused during the three week break between BLC18 and BLC19, I have joined the following challenge.....

BLC BREAK PLEDGE CHALLENGE - 4/4/12 - 4/24/12

For this challenge, you will pledge to do the following…

Complete a certain number of intentional fitness minutes each week during the break (minimum pledge = 70 minutes per week). 10 pts to be earned

Eat a certain number of vegetables servings each week during the break (minimum pledge = 14 servings per week). 10 pts to be earned

Finish a certain number of days with a calorie or point deficit each week during the break (minimum pledge = 3 days per week). 10 pts to be earned

You can also earn bonus points for meeting or exceeding all three of your pledges each week! 20 points to be earned
