A Quickie!

I tried blogging from my phone a couple of times but my internet connection on my phone is not reliable at best.

I'm splicing in a few good food choices among my bad ones... and circumstances have kept me away from a pint of my favorite Ben and Jerry's at the grocery, lol

So im here. sorta

Keeping sanity kinda trumping keeping slim right now... I rest in the confidence that I've done it before, I'll do it again.

    At least you are here....that is half the battle. As the saying goes: "Just keep showing up." That is what I do....I keep logging on to Spark every day, reading e-mails, blogs, articles and hoping that some of it will sink in through osmosis!! I have not been big on the actual weight loss, but have greatly increased my activity levels, so those darling fat cells are going to soon have to leave their cosy home on my thighs!!!
    Take care and hang in there. Do what you can and praise yourself for your good choices.
