30 Day Shred : Day 15

Day 15 Completed!

Not much to report. I am halfway through. I feel stronger. I have lost about 3 lbs and 1/2 inch.... from my neck of all places.

So while i will be happy with 3lbs in 2 weeks, I can't help but think it would have been nicer to lose a few more lbs or inches since i do double workouts :)

The weekend is here and while i will either ride my bike or walk to get in a workout i will definitely need to regroup before Mondays shredding :)

Looking forward to Day 16!
