Friday, April 06, 2012

I was able to get back on a normal sleep schedule last night, but still didn't get much done today. Had a flare up of my sciatica pain. I made it to noon before I had to take a pain pill.

I was in the middle of my Sit and Be Fit workout when I started getting nauseous. I took a Zofran but it took a long time before it started working.

I made chicken in the crock pot yesterday, and gravy and mashed potatoes. Glad I made enough for leftovers so that I don't have to cook tonight. Just going to spend a leisurely evening reading and watching tv.

Wishing all a Blessed Good Friday.

That sounds like a great dinner - we'll be there by 5! emoticon

I have a fear of leaving a crockpot on while I'm at work but I see so many good recipes and people raving about using crockpots (and leaving them on while they're at work or otherwise away from the house) that it sounds like I need to get over it, don't?!

    Happy Easter, Shari!
