I finally sat down and detailed Week 1 of my 24 week Tri Training Plan - let's see... how am I feeling?
Excited, tempered with a smidge of nervous - I really need to take it easy this first week... if I burn myself out the first week, the rest of the 24 weeks are going to SUCK! So my mantra for the week is going to be - GET IN THE HOURS, BUT DON'T OVERPOWER!
