It has been two weeks since I had a session with my personal trainer. I normally have a one on one with her, but she is leaving at 3:45 am to go to LA to interview for The Biggest Loser, so I was with a class. It felt good to do a hard workout.
I worked some more on the kilt. The beginning stage is the most stressful. Mainly because that is when I am planning and marking the kilt in preparation for sewing.
Each measurement is crucial in how it will fit.
1. Blog daily:
--Gym 3x's a week: 3x
--Minimum 30 min a day: 82 min
3. Snacks -- one freggie snack a day: strawberries
4. Read Bible chronologically daily
