Personal Trainer

It has been two weeks since I had a session with my personal trainer. I normally have a one on one with her, but she is leaving at 3:45 am to go to LA to interview for The Biggest Loser, so I was with a class. It felt good to do a hard workout.

I worked some more on the kilt. The beginning stage is the most stressful. Mainly because that is when I am planning and marking the kilt in preparation for sewing.
Each measurement is crucial in how it will fit.

April goals:
1. Blog daily: emoticon

2. Exercise:
--Gym 3x's a week: 3x emoticon emoticon
--Minimum 30 min a day: 82 min emoticon

3. Snacks -- one freggie snack a day: strawberries emoticon

4. Read Bible chronologically daily emoticon

    I keep reading about you and your personal trainer, and it is getting me to thinking that maybe I should put some money toward my own self improvement and give that a try. After all, what have I got to lose? Oh, yea - pounds and fat!!! Let us know what you hear about the BL try out for your trainer.

    Hi! If she gets the job, can she get you a discount at the Ranch?? That is so awesome that she is trying out for that! Even more awesome is that you are making a kilt??? I would love to hear more!!! I sew but it is crafty things, quilts, etc. I have never sewn clothes and am fascinated by those that do!!!! I keep saying I am going to learn - I really need to retire so I can accomplish my goals and seek out some of those dreams!!!

    Great job meeting your goals. That's neat that your trainer is trying out for BL. Only problem with that is if your trainer get's it, you'll be having to find another trainer. Oh, the ups and downs of life!
