My Blahs & Workout Update

First, THANKS TO EVERYONE for all the support and encouragement during my blahs! They're still here, but I think my motivation is creeping back in. This is in part due to the fact that I'm staying within my daily calorie range and still exercising. Also, all of the positive comments and goodies have really kept me going!
Week 8 - Point of Interest
Yesterday I took my daughter in for her haircut. (She's almost 3, and she rocks the cutest little bob you ever did see!) My friend who cuts her hair hasn't seen me since our last appointment 8 weeks ago. I walked in and she said "Whoa...Have you lost a ton of weight??" While I'm so proud of the 8 lbs. I've lost, I know I still have a lot to lose. So I was pretty floored that she noticed! But it's right on target with this motivational poster.
WALKINGRED was noticed by "the rest of the world" at exactly week 12, so it looks like I'm on track.
I committed myself to 90 days of Turbo Jam, along with my daily walks. Let me just say that I am LOVING Turbo Jam! I even made this nice, pretty calender that lays out all the different Turbo Jam workouts for 3 months. The problem is that when I do stuff like this, I start to put pressure on myself to stick to the schedule, as written, or else it just won't work.
That's just stinkin' thinkin', as we say in the South. Yesterday went completely hay wire and I didn't have time to do the 45 min. workout I originally scheduled. So I shucked the guilt and did the 20 min. workout instead. I figured it was better than nothing. And yes, I still count it as staying on schedule! This may not sound like much to some people, but as a recovering perfectionist, it was a HUGE step for me!
So that's the update on me, my blahs, and my workouts!
