Today marks two weeks on Spark People for me and I've lost 5 lbs so far. emoticon I've been doing Turbo Jam for that two weeks and also participating in Just Dance 3 Bingo. Bingo will continue to be part of my workout for the next two weeks because its so fun, but I'm putting Turbo Jam on the shelf and switching to Zumba. I read an article that said you need to change your routine every two weeks to keep your body guessing and continue dropping the pounds, so that's exactly what I'm going to do. Zumba's toning workout is a little on the weak side though so I will be doing Biggest Loser videos for my toning days. I'm very excited about my 5 lbs, but I also can't wait to check my measurements again in two weeks. I can definately feel the changes going on in my body and I will be very interested to see what the numbers are.
