Welllll hmm. Blogging is not my strong point. I did try the 28-day bootcamp. It says it's for beginners and doesn't require you to have choreography skills...but I found some of the moves challenging because I have two left feet even for simple tasks. walking and chewing gum....forget it! Anyway, I gave it a shot and will do it again.
I changed things up a bit for my fitness days and routines because I was having a hard time being consistent. I'm hoping this mix is easier to work with.
Also back to tracking everything I eat. Hoping for results in the right direction this time. emoticon
