I was absolutely suprised when checked my email and seen a lot of posts on my SP page since I have been MIA for a few weeks.

After my health scare I have kinda lost control of my life making decisions and doing things I wouldn't normally do and have lost site of a lot of things. Not sure where I am going or where I am going to end up.

Things are rough and I am sure I they will eventually get back to normal or at least a new normal. But until then I am trying my best to stay positive and not turn my life into a complete mess.

Thank you for making me SOW, I just wish I really deserved this honor at this time.

Your blog pulled at my heart - "I just wish I really deserved this honor at this time.." I wish that you saw that you STILL DO. Even if you are not confident, I am confident in you. What's that phrase? You're too close to the forest to see the trees? You are the epitome of successful. You prove that small, sustainable changes over a long period of time - with the normal ups and downs that come along with that - are the path to long-term success. You have laid the foundation for a strong, healthy rebound from this. It will be hard, but doable (especially for you!)

Thank you ladies so much for your support, you have no idea how much it means to me. I was sitting here last night trying to figure out this person who has taken over, she isn't me, not the real me. I have neglected myself and I need to just step back and decide what is more important and how I am going to go about doing the right thing.
    Much Love

Im so sorry things have been so crazy for you. I was wondering where'd you been and thought of you a lot the last few days. I'm glad you posted because when times get tough, it's even tougher to reach out and keep up your routine and optimism...

It's good to know the SP is here all he time for each one of us. We are all in the same boat, battling our weight, and if our journey was simple, we would never have put on weight to begin with, and at the same time, trouble and mayhem, mishaps, tragedies, etc, all come with being human and I think it's amazing that SP REALLY helps everyone who participates, to get through those rocky times in our lives when things can get out control and we can easily revert back to our former selves and lose our fooing.

I hope you will be able to make it through this rough time and come through to the other side even stronger than when you started.

I'm here for you too, as are so many others. Support is the key here, to so many things including weight loss. Anytime, anywhere I'll be here too, to support you and/or just listen. :-)

Oh Bobbie, I'm sorry that things have been out of control for a while. Just know that you do deserve this honor and we all love you and are inspired by you. I'm always here for you if you need to talk. I hope that you are ok and that you will be able to get past this hurdle very soon. BIG HUGS!!!!!!

Trials shape us, you are strong and if you need time to figure out what your new normal is then take that time, but remember what you have accomplished and what you have learned along the way. Take what you have learned and continue to us it, don't beat yourself up if you stumble, get up, shake it off and keep going.

As long as you try to work at things, that is what counts. Life can really get in the way sometimes, but it's how you learn to deal with that that can keep things from hopefully getting way too bad that you can't find your way back.
