March Update Pictures!

I had convinced myself that I was not going to take these pictures, then I decided on a whim one morning that I should take them, after which I convinced myself that I would not post them, but today I decided that I should post them. These are the ups and downs of this journey, some days/weeks/months are better than others. Right now I am struggling, but I am not going to let it stop me. I have gained about 7 pounds in the last month, some of that I know is muscle, because my legs are beginning to reshape and gain some serious definition. I have also resumed strength training, so I am sure that the 7 pounds is a little bit of a deception. But I also know that my eating has not been good and that I have been binging, so part of that is actual gain. Sigh. I am going to keep moving. No giving up. Will post these to my photos page as usual.

I have a fun blog in the works after this one, so I am going to set my jaw, complete my 5kYW workout this afternoon, do what I need to do, and keep moving.

No. Giving. Up.

    What an awesome attitude you have! It takes guts to post pictures, especially when we have gained some. You obviously know where you want to be, and with that attitude ... I'm sure you will reach your goal.
