30 Day Shred : Day 13

Day 13 Completed!
I almost didn't do it. I was starting to make excuses and wanted to take a nap. But i pushed through it and did it :)
How did I push through? I started thinking that i am almost down 30 lbs and it would be nice to be there.... I have a wedding to go to in June and i would still like to lose another 10 lbs.... I have my thin clothes i would like to fit into again.... my legs are flabby and i would love for them to be toned again.... i have wings under my arms that i would love to get rid of.... the summer is coming i would love to run around and play with all my little nephews without being winded.... i need to stay healthy since i have no insurance..... i need a job and if i look and feel good maybe someone will hire me over someone else rather than vice versa.
So I pushed through it and did it. Level 2 is still kicking my butt. I was able to complete a total of 9 walking push-ups. Not a lot, but more than the 1st day of level 2 :)
I have dinner with my g-ma on Wednesday's so my 2nd workout will be modified since i had that earlier delayed motivation. So i will only walk 25 minutes, but i do walk up 11 flights to get to her apartment instead of taking the elevator. Oy!
Looking forward to day 14!
