BLC-18 results and What to do during the break....

This round was a good one for me. I enjoyed all the Challenges, TNT's, and LCW's (last chance workouts). I think the Team Leaders and Admin did a fantastic job in making this round interesting and fun as well as keeping in mind how each of us needs to step out of our comfort zone and do things we thought we couldn't. I did pretty well during BLC-18, My goal was to lose 10 lbs and I lost 11.8 lbs and 7.25 inches overall.
My plan for the three week break: Keep on the doing what I've been doing. Exercising 5-6 days a week and eating healthier. Making better food choices and upping my exercise content and timeframe have helped me to get back on track.

I am looking forward to participating in BLC-19, can't wait to see what Admin and the Team Leaders have in store for us.
