After working out for the last 4 days in a row, including twice yesterday, One of my feet is really sore and a little throbbing. As much as I wanted to go to the gym again today, I guess I will be taking a day of healing. It kind of sucks because I didn't really do anything that should have made me sore. Just been doing the bike & the stair stepper thing. I guess my weight on my feet is just a little too much.
I am really into going to the gym. It's like I have a whole new persons attitude inside my head right now. I hope this new person in my head never leaves. He's driven & has a real " go get em " attitude.

I guess at 340 pounds, I shouldn't expect my body to run like it's a 20 year old 180 pound body.
But I know in time it will !!!

    Thats great Tony, don't let that foot get in your way. (Still take care of it though). Awesome doing the upper body workout. You want to start of with smaller weights at 1st anyways, you don't want to hurt yourself. emoticon

    I went to the gym anyway tonight. I rode the bike for about 7 minutes to get warmed up ( 7 minutes until my foot was sore ) then I did all the upper body machines @ Planet Fitness. It took me about 30 minutes to do around 7 different machines. Being my first time, I did small weights so I wouldn't be too sore. Mostly 30-40 pounds.
    When it comes to weights, I will start light and slowly build up over time.

    ** I did 3 sets of 12 reps on everything

    You can still go to the gym, just work on your upper body stuff (it need some love too). Ice that foot, and I hope you feel better soon !
