10% goal and first week of chalean extreme

This morning was my WI and I reach my 10% goal with Weight Watchers... so happy! Next goal will be 15% and that will bring me at 199! Hello Onederland!!!! I can't wait and I'm a bit in shock that my program goes so well! I am totally in control and this time it's real!

My first week of Chalean Extreme is done also... Rest day today. I'm sooo in love with that program. It's really what I need. The fact that each workout turn around 30-45 minutes is a very big plus in my life: I have 4 kids, but I can give me 45 minutes a day!

Chalene give me a lot of energy. I have to tell that I'm on maternity leave for about 7 months now. My baby woke-up 3 to 4 time a night to be feed!!! (Big problem I know...), I have gallbladder attack that keep me awake about 2 nights a month. I am so tired that I used to sit all day long and watch tv. But last week, I give myself the goal to do my workout at the first nap of the day of my son (around 9 am). After that, I am full of energy! Incredible! I can do a lot of thing the rest of my day even if I didn't sleep a lot.

That's my very first result of Chalean Extreme, can't wait to see what other great thing will happen to me!
