I had my biannual physical today (I have to have one every two years for my daycare license). Everything went well. I didn't have breakfast because of fasting blood work. They took 5 vials of blood.
I weighed in at TOPS tonight and lost 1.75 pounds!
1. Blog daily:
--Gym 3x's a week:
--Minimum 30 min a day: 15 min
3. Snacks -- one freggie snack a day: apple
4. Read Bible chronologically daily
