Alas, I was out of some of those ingredients, so I winged it. I used a whole can of tuna for a serving, and fat-free yogurt instead of sour cream, and peas instead of broccoli and spinach, because we had those two veggies yesterday. With the tuna it came out to be a considerable amount more calories, but those noodles are quite filling. I am stuffed. Plus of course I ate the whole bag of noodles. It's only 40 calories in the whole thing.
