My husband forwarded a great article to me today. This past decade, I have been on a mission to be more spiritually fit and happy, joyous, and free. This article capsulizes all the components I have been working on.

    Leslie..this was a fantastic article. I need to copy this and read it often. So many things I see myself doing, trying to control people and situations, thinking I need to be right all the time, complaining etc.

    Numbers 4, 5 , and 9 are especially helpful for people who are wanting to improve their health and reach their weight loss goals...eliminating negative self-talk and limiting your beliefs.

    Yes..this definitely gave me something to think about and had some great suggestions to help me improve myself!! Thanks for sharing!
