30 Day Shred : Day 12

Day 12 Completed!

Level 2 is hard. I still finish it....but it is hard. Now I understand all the plank talk. No matter what you are working on strength, cardio, abs... you are practically in the plank position the entire workout. Oy! Happily I want to build my upper arm strength so this is good for me. I sweat it out and do what I can.

I feel like this level needs more overall space to complete the moves. I have a small NYC apt and level 1 was not a problem, but i find in level 2 i am adjusting to fit and complete moves? odd huh.

I love my second workout walk. So peaceful on the promenade and not too many people out there except on the track where NYU practices when i do my 1 lap shimmy. The lap is getting easier and i finished it with extra energy to go, but i will do 1 lap for the week and see where i go from there.
