Day 2 and feeling good!

So far my new programme is going well! Ok, so it's only day 2, but I'm excited to be doing something new!
Today I did the cardio-sculpt workout from the 28-day bootcamp DVD, followed by the all about arms workout from fit, firm and fired up (FFFU - almost looks like bad swear words when I abbreviate it! :), and after that my arms were like jello! I think maybe my 3kg dumbbells were a bit heavy for the fly type lifts, but I did them all!
Had a good day of eating, it really works well when you pack all your food for the day to take to work, as you don't have any choice but to eat what you've taken!
Finally got an appointment at the gynaecologists today, well the appointment isn't until 29th May, but I am on the waiting list for cancellations, so at least it's a step forward. I also started myself on Remifemin last week, which is supposed to help with the moodiness! It really would be nice to be in control of myself again, and not be such a cow!
Finished the day off with a walk up Mt Wellington (one of Aucklands many volcanoes), with a couple of friends for nearly an hour. It's a bit stink now that daylight savings has finished, the walk was in the dark! Humpff! That means winter is coming huh?!
Now just having a bit of a relax, catching up with y'all, and just about to watch Rookie Blue on tele with my cup of tea! Lovely!
