New Month, New Challenge

28 day Bootcamp is over, I am so proud of myself, I did it! This last week was rough because it started out well and then I got really sick and couldn't work out. I haven't worked out in almost an entire week. It is going to be a least another day before I can really get back in to my workouts, so I will be taking it easy for a few more days.

I also just finished my last assignment for the trimester and now just have 2 finals to take. I will only be taking one summer class so I am going to have plenty of time on my hands to workout and to find a part-time job. Yay me! LOL

So, it is a new month and I need a new challenge. I have a couple in mind that are easy 30 day challenges for me, which I seem to do much better with than a 60 or 90 day challenge. I bought Coach Nicole's 28 day Bootcamp DVD and will be doing that along with some other added cardio. Will be home some and will get to go to my favorite zumba instructor classes and can't wait.So here's to a great April everyone!

    A great April to you as well. Congratulations on finishing the Boot Camp. It is good that you gave yourself time off to recover-I always have a hard time with that. Sounds like you are doing great!
