Well last week was a total bust! I got really sick with a stomach bug Sunday evening and then that led to me not wanting to work out because I wasn't really eating at all. Then by the end of the week into the weekend, I wanted to eat everything and... I pretty much did ugh!

I'm not going to beat myself up about it, I just want to be honest with myself and everyone here that I made bad decisions last week, but I'm not going to let that ruin the progress I have made the past 2 months.

So, today I woke up and had a healthy breakfast, I've had some veggies, planned out the rest of my meals for the day, and I am going to the gym this afternoon. I am hoping to burn 300 calories during this workout.

My goals for this week:
Drink 8 cups of water everyday
track the food I am eating
and get to the gym 3 times this week and try to burn 300 calories with each workout.

I am in a rut. I am not losing weight. I need to push through this!
