I am coming out of a set-back. This weekend was tough. But no worries! I'm not stuck in that mode. Today I'm back on track. I think the weekend was mostly PMS/hormonal stuff. Today I'm having fish, fruits, veggies and pre-planned snacks.
I am STILL having a hard time drinking water. That used to be the easiest thing. Don't know what's going on there, but I am working on it.
I am still trending in the right direction!
