is not much different from the last one. I had a massive free day on Friday (cake for my boss, who is leaving), another one on Saturday (not as bad as Friday) and yet another one on Sunday (Sunday roast with cappuccino + Amaretto for desert)

Back on the horse as of this morning. I finally ordered the case to put my phone on the bike, so I can watch the GPS while I ride. I'm going back to using Run GPS, since they track more variables than the other one. With my phone attached on the handlebars of the bike, Ill be able to keep an eye on the speed.

Next week is Easter. Grrrrr.

There is a slightly longer route to work that is 80% double lane cycle paths through parks, so no worries there. It looks like I will have to get a small parasol as well though, because the screen is practically invisible while cycling in the sun. I'm thinking one of those small parasols they use for baby carriages should do the trick.

Boiled eggs are a daily occurrence in my present diet. Marzipan and ice cream are my down fall. Normally marzipan is only available around St. Nicholas (December 5th, the Dutch Santaclaus, that your Santaclaus is based on) but now they had marzipan Easter eggs at the supermarket. Marzipan is one part almonds plus two parts sugar. A true calorie bomb in other words.

All the best, with your " loaded bike " !
I hope that the GPS won't be a dangerous distraction !
Have a great summer, enjoying the outdoors !
I hope that you will have a nice Easter !
Instead of chocolates, candies, cookies and cakes, why not simply
    have hard-boiled, or " deviled eggs ?
I'm sure that you will be able to find a suitable substitution !
    emoticon Happy Easter !
