The daily calorie differential report. SWEEEEEEEEEEEET! This is helpful. Knowing what my body actually burns, just while "being" is great. I was a bit confused as to why any exercise I did got put on that side of the scale, but in looking at it, If I have a differential of at least what I ate for the day that would help me lose weight. I think thats how its suppose to work. Anyway, just seeing a negative number while trying to lose weight is encouraging to me. The weather has been somewhat cooperating too. I have been doing alot of raking and getting my gardens ready for planting. Nice to have some daylight hours after work to be able to be outside. Saturday I have to say I pushed myself. Not a bad thing, but I did what I set out to do, even tho my feet hurt, body hurt and I was in a yucky mood. I just kept pushing myself.. Yes I worked 5 hours walking around Petsmart .. then came home and worked an hour and a half outside raking, climbing the front retaining wall and cleaning debris between the rocks etc. THEN decided to grocery shop, (stopped at a friends along the way for a brief visit) grocery shopped, came home, put that away. Bed felt real good Saturday night! We shall see if the weather cooperates tonight. The bottom and front yards are done. Next are the driveway area, the back yard and upper yard (multi-tiered yard) Then its on the ready-ing the veggie beds. I have my seeds. Just need some warmer weather and sunshine.
