Poor Worms :(

I got my walk off the pounds dvd in the mail yesterday! I was excited because playing the only two youtube videos that I wanted and could find, over and over was getting a little old. Granted I can only keep the dvd 10 more days It will hold me off until I can get enough money to buy one. I love those dvds! Super easy to follow and really kick your ass. I barley made it through the 45mins and it was so much more intense then the youtube ones!

I choose yesterday as my "rest" day. I went to stay at my friends again and so I had to eat what he fed me. (that does sound a bit strange lol) Before I left I had a whole wheat english muffin with an egg and slice of swiss cheese and a banana. It was yummy! But then I sat at his house the entire day not really doing anything AT ALL. We had chicken strips and fries for dinner. Not the healthiest choice but I was hungry so I wasn't picky haha. So I ate the chicken stripps and only a small handful of my fries. I knew I wasn't making the healthiest choice but I felt better knowing I didn't eat all those delish fries even though I wanted to so bad. Saterday was a flat day and nothing I did made me feel healthy :( Except maybe the apple sauce for desert instead of ice cream.

Now it's sunday and I have had my heart rate going like crazy for over an hour. I use to barley get 15 mins of exercise in before I called it good. It feels really good to have your heart rate going and finish covered in sweat. I feel accomplished! 45 minutes of walk off the pounds which adds up to three walking miles and then I went for a walk down the road and jogged back.

As I walked on the dirt road I noticed a bunch of squiggly lines on the dirt road and I ask myself "wonder what that is?" Then I look a little closer and see a ton of dead worms smack dead in the middle. Poor worms only made it half way lol. What a life that would be, "We are half way there kids don't worry we will make it......Oh crap car."

That is all for today! Shower time and finish reading the last book in the hunger games series.

the monster hill from friday, this is only half of the battle
