OK so I admit it now I was bad on vacation but I have a plan for the next week. I plan to eat dinner at home every night this week. Today I went to the store and got so chicken breasts (boneless, skinless), tofu, and salmon. I am going to make a menu and stick to it. On our trip we stopped at a mall in PA, and both my husband and I bought some brand new sneakers for us both. I know I need to lose weight to get healthy for my next pregnancy but my husband needs to do the same and I hope this will push him into working out with me even if it is just a walk everyday with me.
