April Goals (M2W)

1. Log food everyday.
2. Calorie cycle to my max calories, taking into consideration the 2500-3000 cals I burn per day with exercise.
3. Work on improving my running again. I've been a giant slacker with this in the last month. Shooting for at least a day of endurance intervals, a day of speed intervals, and a straight 5k once a week.
4. Continue my ongoing efforts to NOT obsess about the scale, but instead enjoy the ride. :)
