Gotta get back to it

My back is almost 100%, I gotta get back to the gym. Gotta make my body stronger.

    Take it slow building up your back muscles. My back was badly injured in 1973 and training was different then. The one thing that is still the same is that to help your back work your abdominal muscles. Trust me, it's not just a guy thing. I have avoided surgery and probably will never need it. Good luck.
