Week 2 Day 1 of 5K Your Way workouts

Tonight's workout really pushed me hard. I thought jogging for 1.5 minutes at a time wasn't going to be too hard. WRONG! It really pushed me. At the beginning I didn't know if I would finish or not. But, I kept pushing on. Even when my body told me to stop I kept going. And I felt so good after I completed it. It just goes to show we can do more than we feel we can do. We have to push past the uncomfortable stage and really work hard if we want to see results.
