Hello everybody !! Hope you are all well.
Tomorrow is my big day, my 1 month weigh in. I'm very excited to see my progress from 6 weeks of better eating, 5 weeks of going to the gym & 4 weeks on Spark !!
I have worked out 5 days this week and on Wed, Thur & Fri. I went to the gym twice a day. One time for around 40-45 minutes and a second time for 60-70 minutes!! I was hoping to get in 2 sessions today and reach that 1000 fitness minutes, but I am just drained today and have no energy so I took it easy and rested up for a new week & month.
I hope to reach my prediction of at least 13 pounds but I will be happy with 10 and satisfied with any loss I may see. I'm feeling better and more energetic (just not today) lol.
I did notice that a pair of jeans I have, that were a struggle to get buttoned are now easy to button. I take that as a very good sign !!!

I am still making up my mind about the April challenge. I have been doing all those things already so I don't think it will motivate me, as I am already doing those things. The one thing I sometimes slack on, is getting my share of fruits and veggies. I will be buying more of them when we go shopping tomorrow. Maybe I'll get some low sodium V8 juice to help with the intake. I just hate to drink any calories. I like to eat and have snacks between meals and like drinking water so I can have more food. One 150-200 calorie drink means 2 less snacks I can have. For 160 calories, I would rather eat a light cheese stick & a piece of fruit.
Please stop my my page tomorrow night and see the results from the big first weigh in.
