Some people would suggest an iron supplement for women & that's good. I would only suggest that if in the past the doctor told you that you were anemic which I am. I am always not taking it but I do try to buy a mutli that has it already in there. Lately not so much cause I am in love with the gummie vitamins for adults. lol I know some people also get a B12 shot or increase their B12 supplements for more energy. I think its the time change that has thrown us all into a tailspin. I am coming out of it but I know I do need to start going to sleep at 10pm to get the amount of rest that allows me to wake refreshed & ready for a 5am workout. Good luck! I don't think you have to have a particular brand for the iron at all.
