Small Goals

I have caught myself thinking a lot lately of my end goal of weighing 130 lbs and looking great in a swimsuit and being healthy. I have also been discouraged a lot more lately than I was before because of focusing on the long term too much. As of today I am going back to focusing on small goals. 5 lbs lost, jogging so many minutes in a row, not hurting as bad after I jog, eating right daily. No more beating myself up if I get off track. Just jump right back on the train to 'healthyville'. emoticon emoticon

    Good for you! I think that's the best way, is to just focus on one small step at a time, I get WAY overwhelmed when I look at the big picture! Keep up the good work!
