I said no to the doughnut!

Although I have had less then what I'd like of sleep last night I am awake and ready to get going! I had lemon water oatmeal (with no butter like i usually have) and a grapefruit for breakfast. I am going to let my stomach settle then work out emoticon

Last night I went to stay over with my friend and he had a box of krispy creams which is a very rare thing to get around this town. He offered me one and I instantly refused. Although the box sat by my leg for what seemed like FOREVER! I contemplated on eating it several times. Even thought maybe I'd have just a tiny piece to get the taste. But really who just has one bite of such a delicious thing? He asked one more time if I wanted it and I once again refused. At that moment I was very very proud of myself. If I can say no to a krispy cream I can say no to other temptations. I also went out to eat at our hometown pizza and skipped the bread they give you. Before I use to eat 3 or more slices of that bread with a single packet of butter on each slice. Then on top of that I would eat 4 or more slices of pizza and sometimes a salad coverd in their homemade ranch which I'm sure is loaded with fat. Yesterday my salad consisted of all vegis, no extra's like the ham and cheese they give you with a small amount of vinaigrette.

I actually enjoy working out, and you never regret a good workout. What would you rather have in your mindset for the day? Feeling guilty because you sat around and made unhealthy choices or feeling awesome and proud of yourself for working out and eating right? I know I choose number two. One splurge is just not worth a day of guilt on your shoulders. Healthy food can be good and is good for you.

I'm happy and love the changes I'm seeing in myself. I've gone down a pant size! Downside I can't afford to buy new pants every 2 months lol. Guess it's time to invest in some more leggings and long t-shirts. I can't wait to see what I look like 50-60 pounds lighter. I've never been fit my entire life. It is going to be a change being able to love the body I have for once. Bring it on!

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Slimming down and loving it!
