week two of couch to 5k done

Just finished week 2 of the Couch to 5k program.
Ran at 4mph for the first two sessions, which felt ok. Not too fast, maybe a little slow, still not quite sure.

I ran the third session with a friend this morning by the Hudson River in Manhattan, and it was beautiful. I hope to slowly but surely get over my fear of running outside because it was really nice and the breeze was fantastic. Also felt like I was running a little faster, but was able to complete the whole thing.

On to week 3.
Really excited and looking forward to it. Will yoga tomorrow to loosen up a bit
