Finding time

Some days, especially week days, it is difficult to find enough time to devote to fitness walking. I've found if I walk during my lunch and right after work, it is much easier to reach my daily goals.

    I was having the same issue. But only difference i dont work, im a full time mommy, with no breaks at all. I had no time for gym or anything for that matter. I finally decided to get an elliptical machine and my toddlers miraculously let me get 15 to 30 min on it daily!

    It's great to hear your trying your hardest to make that time for yourself. That is such an important part of this new lifestyle we're all aiming for. Even if you have to break a good 30 minute walk into 10 minute chunks it is STILL 30 minutes! I even march in place when I brush my teeth just to get those extra steps in!
