30 Day Shred: Day 10 & Level 1 completed

Day 10 and Level 1 Completed!

I am definitely ready for level 2 :) I need to turn it up a notch since I have not lost a pound in a few weeks.

If I was just doing the Shred or had just a few pounds to lose I would be ok with it. However, I have 30-50 lbs to lose and I started the Shred in addition to my other daily workout to get out of my workout slump. I've even bumped up the weights to 5lbs and added an extra 1/4 mile run to my other workout.

My diet isn't horrible so i can't attribute the stall to what i am eating.

I measure myself in a few days so it will be a bit of motivation if i have lost inches at least.

Well, whatever it is I will work to stay happy and motivated as best I can and keep on trucking.

It isn't horrible to be thick and fit :)

Looking forward to Day 11 and Level 2!
