BLC19 - Biggest Loser Challenge Open Enrollment

interested in a 12 week challenge full of activities and pushing yourself to new heights, combined with getting to know a great group of people?

I'm going to sit the next round or two out because I want to focus on running and personal goals, but I have enjoyed the 2 rounds I took part in with the Golden Phoenix Team :)

    FUNGIRL81005 - I think some of the teams may do things differently, and I think you can read team descriptions in one of the threads on the team to get a feel for what each one is like

    but basically:

    there is a weekend challenge that runs from Friday through Monday, always with a different theme that also ties into the theme of the week

    weigh-ins on Wednesday

    a last chance workout (sometimes with a theme) on Tuesday

    TNT (tighten and tone) on Thursday (I'm not sure every team does that)

    plus there is various levels of chat and other participation and things to do based on what your team does

    there is also a group wide challenge to get 20 mins of exercise a day at least 6 days a week (I think it is called a streak challenge)

    I'm pretty sure they have an FAQ or about this challenge in one of the forums when you follow the link that might have some more details

    What kind of exercises do they do?? Is there weigh ins and chats? Do they give you a workout?

    I too am sitting out the next round and enjoyed the last two groups I was on. Summer months are so busy and I just don't have time for all the chit chat that comes with these groups. You have a great week.... emoticon
