So stinkin' close!!

I am so stinkin close to my first goal...to be UNDER 200 lbs. I have 4 silly little lbs to go. I'm on spring break this week and my goal is to be at the gym every day. As much as I love my zumba and ripped classes I really need to give this running thing a fair shot since I want to do a 1/2 marathon in September. And the trainers have been telling me muscle equals metabolism and I'm really learning to love strength training. AND since I've been doing more ST the lbs are coming off faster. So without pushing too hard this week but taking full advantage of being able to hit the gym with my Hubz I want to see how much of this weight I can drop. I've also been on day two of my new eating plan...the eat every 2 hours one. IT'S HARD!!!!!!!!!! It's so odd to go from my world revolving around eating...to becoming very aware of what goes in my head and counting calories and such ...then going back to eating all the time. BUT a meal = a soy protein shake or power bar. I love my blender ball and I've found if I put my milk in the freezer for 10 min before I make a shake it makes it much better. I'm thinking I may do a smoothie today with my powder. BUT even with my extra meals I'm just barely making my calories. But I'm not going over and that's good. I'm hoping that this keeps things dropping off! Stay tuned... I'm not weighing in again until sunday!
