So I jumped right back into tracking & exercise today. But I started out the day with a weigh in & I thought for sure I'd have gained a pound or two after taking a 3 day break plus I was feeling really bloated. But I didn't! I've actually lost 3 more pounds! I took measurements and they had gone up a little but I account that as being bloated. I don't think the measurements were accurate so I didn't track them. Maybe as soon as I feel better I'll try again.
I learned a good tip from Hungry Girl on Dr. Oz recently & I took advantage of it today. I had Smart Ones Fettucini Alfredo for supper but it wasn't nearly enough food. Well, the fettucini had broccoli in it & I happened to have a cup or so of left over broccoli in the fridge so I dumped my heated up fettucini over my reheated broccoli & ate it all together. There was plenty of alfredo sauce for the extra broccoli & it gave me plenty of food to eat. And I didn't need to add any butter or cheese to my broccoli.
Tomorrow I need to try on my old swim suit to make sure it still fits for this weekend. I'm thinking a too big swim suit would be a recipe for some major embarassment.
