Day 4 and Still Going

I am now on my 4th consecutive day of Exercising, Logging my food and exercise and keeping on track.
I did the Elliptical, Stationary Bike, Strength Training and Cleaning. I logged my food and stayed within my meal plan. I logged my exercise as well. I am doing a lot better on my exercise then I expected.
One day at a time. My Motto is "Today is The First Day of The Rest of My Life! No Regrets! Don't Look Back!"
I will not dwell on what I did not get done yesterday. I will work on today and look forward to tomorrow.
Life is Good!!!!!!
