Coach Nicole posted just the right video today on Facebook. How to prevent Shin Splints. A few days too late for me.
I can't believe I have shin splints. I'm not running, but I am walking on concrete when I shop or go outside. I do have inserts and arches in my SAS shoes but they aren't the custom ones, which a dog of mine ate years ago. I guess I have to figure out where to get more.
I haven't even managed rebounding. Probably a good thing. I guess one has to rest for two weeks, with moderate movement and such. Back to exercising in bed a bit more eh?
I'm doing ok tracking food, at least. Hoping for another pound loss this week.
