Thanks to my dear friend, Melissa, I'm popping back in and committing to update at least weekly on SP and this blog. I've been working a 12 week challenge over at fityummymummy.com, and really enjoying the changes I'm seeing again in my quest for health and fitness. I feel better, stronger, and more capable than ever. I'm eating my veggies, getting enough protein and nutrients, and learning to work out smarter instead of harder. Can't wait to see what's in store this summer and beyond!
