30 Day Shred: Day 9

Day 9 completed

Tomorrow is my last day on level 1. I wish I had purchased heavier weights earlier, but the weights are a nice addition to end off with. I have enjoyed level 1, and cant wait to start level 2 to feel the burn and break out of my current comfort zone.

My second work out was a great addition today. I walk the east river promenade and there is a track at the midway point of my walk. Lately there have been schools using it so i don't interrupt, but today i must have been there early enough that the schools weren't there yet. So I ran a 1/4 mile around the track. It felt good. I used to run 5k's for charity and I would love to get back into that.

I have also not heard the clicking in my knee so I hope that has passed.
